you can spot those who don't train legs, its summer and they wear trackies to the gym no matter how hot it is... or just look at their legs lol

I was doing legs on Mondays or Tuesday as everyone does upper body at the gym Monday, but since starting soccer training on Tuesdays games on sunday I will change leg day to Thursday

^^^^^ this guy is good

instead of dropping leg days or finding excuses, he just shuffles his schedule

Az would you recommend doing legs twice a week say Wednesday and Saturday. I need to catch up on doing them again or would one day be good enough.

Just do a deadlift day, rather than doing legs twice.

Deadlifts are the best exercise. I wish I started doing them years ago.

Nah separate them.

Make them a workout all of their own and ford over multiple sets.

I separate my leg days

quads Wednesday

leg press/squats x 4

extension x 5

lunges x 3

calves x 4

hammies Saturday

deadlifts x 5 sets

hammy curl x 5

glute machine (the stupid sexy flanders anytime fitness one) x 5

more calves x 4

quicker sessions so it plays easier on the mind when I start getting the the ol' 'cbfs' at work
