18/01/15 10:25 AM18/01/15 10:25 AM #173 Ah yep, found the Facebook page cheers.Well I've been averaging over 8,000 steps per day so far of the days I've warn it all day. Bonus is I've lost a 2-3 kgs since I went to the doctor a couple weeks back...so I'm making positive steps at least. Been eating much healthier too, feeling a bunch better already.Stripes these are my lunches everyday. It will cut the fat boost you energy and make you feel amazing. One chicken breast, head of broccoli, 2 carrots & a hand full of beans. The only thing I do wrong is I love beer. Smash a few weeks of this with some greek yogert and one piece of fruit with your squash you will be slim stripes. Im fat bizkets so we need a slim in the fourm. Lol. Q Dont forget the oats. I have lost 15 with gym but have stayed at the same weight because im smashing the beers again. Because im a dick head. I Need to get back on track.. Keep going buddy you will get there. [emoji4]
18/01/15 10:34 AM18/01/15 10:34 AM #174 Well I've been having a bowl of cereal for breakfast...something with grains, oats, macadamias etc in it...I forget the name. Banana and a handful of nuts for morning tea, focaccia roll with chicken, cheese, mayo and salad for lunch. Some sort of meat, grains and veggies for dinner (tonight will be lasagne and veggies) for dinner and fruit for either afternoon tea or supper...depending on how hungry I am.The above is from a meal plan I set up with a nutritionist that gives my body the right amount of serves of the stuff my body needs each day apparently. I'm feeling a heap better and been losing weight, so I'm happy so far.
18/01/15 10:43 AM18/01/15 10:43 AM #175 On your time back from work have a go at the 16hr fasting. Basically have all your meals in a 8 hr period. Proven to smash the weight. Im getting on it in Feb. Boys weekend at the end of the month. Last benda. Going a 12 week run. Basically what maxs protein does. If I can cut another 15 in three months I will be as happy as a pig in sh*t. Lol
18/01/15 10:48 AM18/01/15 10:48 AM #176 Well I've got a long way to go...overall about nearly 40kg to lose, so whatever I do has to be easy to maintain. I've done crash diets before and I just end up putting the weight back on when I get off the diet and start smashing all the stuff I missed on the diet. Everything with the doctor recently taught me this needs to be a lifestyle change, otherwise I'm sending myself to an early grave...or worse. So for me, this is less about weight loss at the moment and more about my mind, getting my head sorted, my blood pressure down and being healthier in general.

People deal with stress and depression, health in many ways. Mine is beer and smokes. :(Come feb. After big weekendA new man. A new lifeDoing it all for my little man.Oh yeah and the wife. Lol.Its amazing how your mind can change under pressure, stress, depression. Its been hard for me. Newborn, money, job all the everyday sh*t. I have very short patients to which doesn't help. early starts at the gym 4.15 has cleared my head. Its my time. Its just you challenging your self. Go as hard as you can. But now im getting into a routine and its becoming enjoyable. I really enjoy working out. Running, weights, rowing ect ect. Once you start mate you will love it. Set goals each month in what ever you do. Then next month beat it. that's what I did for the last 5 months. Really considering doing city to bay this year. 12k run. Lots of training ahead.Your on the right track.Beers anyone.
18/01/15 11:29 AM18/01/15 11:29 AM #179 What you are doing is awesome stripes!Though in line with bizkets lunch, consider dropping the bread occasionally.. (Maybe one day a week).. Focaccia bread is typically very oily.. Consider swapping to a heavy grain/meal choice..
18/01/15 12:12 PM18/01/15 12:12 PM #180 So.. I was a bit disappointed that I had such a sh*tty step count today..Busted arse hedge trimming and mowing.. And didn't have much in the way of 'active minutes'..Anyway while trawling through the data recently my fitbit is going into sleep mode really often.. Noticed it going it and out of sleep mode while I was pushing a trolley across bitumen the other day at the shops..So anyway apparently I had a pretty restless snooze from about 8:45 this morning till 11:30.. Time to buy a vivo thingy..
