Needed to get food from the shops so walked instead of driving (as you can tell, it's not really THAT far lol).And apparently this is what my sleep looked like last night:Good stuff mate. Minimum 10 k of steps a day. Your sleep looks messy. To be fair I would say towards the end your body was ready to get up.Went back through mine to find a sleep were I slept in.
