Good job mr Pelican. It is good news to know that she is alive again.

Have you given her a name yet? You know you have to give her a name as it is going to be a life long relationship right!!!

Don't call her Betty or Elanor as I believe that it will be bad luck. ;)

Drives very nice as the gearbox has settled down and shifs smoother now .the tune feels very smooth but still needs that extra power from the next tune . The brake pedal is very direct now as you can tell there is more brake feel and way better stoping power. The steering also improved as I used no addetives this time and its lighter to turn the car .the under drive made no difference to the steering at low rpm . The Btr 4 speed and the 3.9 gears work well with the 2900 stall . I tried it yesterday for the first time and wow there is no lag at all on take of , lets say there was no traction with those 215 what so ever .

Might be worth putting a

Pelican Motors Service Centre sticker on ya rocker cover. Should go well with the red and black theme your ute has anyway.

Atleast she's up and running again.

Teething problems there bound to happen on such a build as this one.

And don't worry Jetters has names for all of us, yours is now Pelican. You do know this, don't you.!!

I really thought that was Tony's alias... He is a bit of a Pelican...

Have you installed the stick, so that everyone knows who built the "Rattler"?
