LolJust played around with a standard bf actuator and found it begins to crack at about 5-6 lb and is fully open by 10lb so that's 4lb added pres.to fully open. The presicion actuator begins to crack at 11-12lb and is fully open at 36lb, that's 24lb added pres. To fully open. Link to comment https://www.fordxr6turbo.com/forum/topic/86698-new-precision-bolt-on-turbo/page/26/#findComment-1462925 Share on other sites

Now with the front cover hosed straight to the actuator I have 13lb at 3500 rather than 22lb. With no preload only enough preload to not spin the gate and adding 15lb, this was how much it was opening before nNow with a bit over half a hole preload (10psi) the garret open this far with 15lb added 3 Link to comment https://www.fordxr6turbo.com/forum/topic/86698-new-precision-bolt-on-turbo/page/26/#findComment-1463581 Share on other sites
