Love these cars as much as my wallet doesn't they can get costly if you don't do your homework from the beginning

How is everyone else going with boost control with this turbo?

Appears mine would like to run 20lb when if should be less.

Actuator is adjusted loose as sh*t + it opens up properly on the bench.

Bac pres. Is 3lb in the dump at 4g, 5lb at 6g

Few pages back Veva said Joe had no issues controlling boost on these things, what does Joe think the problem is?

I think that has been on th fg's though.

Port job on rear housing is suspect.

Did you guys come up with anything on yours?

Just tested what psi the actuator requires to open the gate fully and it took 36psi to touch the end of the stroke.

The actuator begins to open the gate at 12-13lb.

What PSI would 1 expect the actuator to fully open normally

Fg standard cracks 5-6psi at full stroke at 18lb
