You might pay a couple hundred bucks but if the scratches can be removed safely they'll be the ones to do it. Best results will always be had with a machine buff and the proper products. I use Farecla G3 or 3M Rubbing Compound. They're aren't cheap but they are the best for removing light scratches by hand. You have all different grades from S2 ( Compound) to S40 (finishing). Zymol is another I've used but years ago and was expensive as sin ! As for ferecla G3, I use it to polish little marks and paint rubbing from bumpers etc, top stuff, lasts a very long time so no need to use a lot, great quality workshop grade product.
