Cheapest way to drop the rear is to swap the overload leafs onto the top of the spring pack, that will drop it around 40mm.

Fronts, lower coils for you budget, I would get some half decent shocks if you can stretch the budget.

Yeah I got new rims and semi slicks for the rear that so I can get some 275 semi slicks on there. That both get my current 430kw to the ground and allow me to get my long awaited e85 tune to really open it up

 

The new rims are smaller, lighter and Matt black. Those 20 inch heavy ass gold rims came with the car
