I had a dad from my son soccer team go on and on about the power of his friends Golf GTI (work done) and how awesome it is.

I show him my Dyno run on my phone with power output. He shut up quickly.

Keeps asking for me to take him for a spin. Season end in 2 weeks......lol

Don't get me wrong that your turbos are fast cars.

But in reality don't discount GTI'S and REX's etc. On paper they aren't as fast as a turbo 6. But in reality I reckon they are some of the best fun you can have on 4 wheels around town.

Tweaked GTI's are quick, particularly through the twisty bits, I think

it may have been a snowies cruise from memory, you would have them on the straights,

hit tight corners the barge was owned. Very nimble

Agree, been on the track when the local renault clio club was there corner all over me on the straights back to me.
