Not today, but signed change of conditions paperwork the other day for my roster to change from 8/6 to an 8/6, 4/3 rotating roster. I essentially work the same amount of days but I'm home more frequently and get to spent 3 weekends home a month instead of 2...plus I get an extra night at home every fortnight, so that's all pretty nice. It allows me to work across both crews though, so will enable me to actually do some more effective training with the other goes and to also be more involved in some of the projects the guys on the other crew are working on. Will also be on the same 8/6, 4/3 swing as one of my best mates so we'll get to play alllll the squash on site, which we're both really looking forward to as we've both put on a few kgs since our ability to play squash regularly dropped off.

belated post for Saturday just gone- spent the day at Mum's doing some building maintenance- since Dad dropped dead suddenly 6 months ago She cant do some of the stuff Dad did. 

crossed half a dozen things off her to do list- some that had been worrying her.
