WPMO... trying to pull a barra out in a driveway. F**K ME! I rekon im 4 bolts away from the cars' complete disassembly. starter motor, alternator,power steering,aircon is ALL out. motor is being held up by an engine crane so I dont stuff my box. all my bellhousing bolts are out and the thing still wont fu*ken budge!

Lift the box slightly and rest it on a jack, lower crane an inch or so and watch the motor fall out

box is on a jack mate, is there any torque converter bolts to pull out of these things?

Yep, 4 of them, remove the inspection plate, use a flat blade screwdriver to rotate the flex plate untill you can access the bolts

Edit: the inspection plate is located at the centre of the bottom of the trans

Well it ain't pissing me off but it's suuuure pissing the wife off !

She just received a speeding ticket in the mail, first one in 15 years!
