I've experienced it before.. but not to this extent..I'm trying to figure out a fix because this lovely person though certain road structures only had to withstand forces from the top down.. But it's now looking like this fix could come out of the companies liability insurance or out of their own pocket to avoid a claim..On the upside further cementing my claim for another payrise.. It's an interesting thing to look at as an outsider... but of course my job could be gone any day, due to the company's small size. In your situation I also imagine pointing the finger at someone else and saying 'HE DID IT' probably ain't gonna work out either?..yeah with the whole used to be a small company we all did our own thing.. Now we are trying to get bigger and act bigger we are undergoing project auditing/quality audits etc etc..Interestingly enough I think a few people have jumped ship solely because their records and own processes are so crap!!!
