Tyre fitters...I knew they would rattle gun the wheel nuts back on (I torque them up by hand every single time they go back on at home) but when I washed the car today I noticed one set of nuts poking further out than they should.

Seems they don't know the FPV rims are staggered. I now have two rears on the left side and two fronts on the right. Offset fail. Directional tread means I can't fix this. At least they didn't hit my freshly painted calipers as far as I could tell. Gonna hit them up when doors open tomorrow morning >_>

Also filled about 40 stone chips on the front edges of the car, couple on the panel faces as well. That's life at 234,000km.

I'm scared of letting them fix it, the more the rims come off and go on the higher the chance of impact against the calipers. Doubt I'll get the impending alignment done there. Probably go straight to the top, WA Suspension. Got a fulcrum bush for them to have a look at anyway.

Take it somewhere else Steve and forward the bill to the tyre shop.

Gf decided the small part you stick on top of your 38mm flapper to stop it falling out was rubbish, cause it was sitting on my bedside table... Bitch. Now I need to use a washer

Shop swapped them around on my way to work this morning, no chips on Brembo again as far as I could see.

Painted Brembos suck, I'm going to want to take all wheels off and stick em in the Yaris to get them changed next time :/ Paranoiaaaaaaa

PS painted Brembos rule

When someone leaves the company and you take over a few of their current jobs..

And you find some pretty f*cking big mistakes..

so you check a couple of their older jobs (which have already been or are currently being constructed).. And you find some even bigger mistakes..

sensational f*cking mess..
