Stuck behind the *beep* for about 60kms.. Wouldn't shift left into his own lane so I could overtake when nothing was coming the other way. You must always be the first to get where you're going, if you don't want to achieve this by speeding (or even sitting on the limit) then just don't let anyone get past.
