I was looking in the mirror and I now have one less fat roll. Whether it's from less fat or more muscle, idgaf, I'll take it :yeahyeah:

Can you beat the hubby in an arm wrestle yet? Can't be far off :stirthepot:

Nah J@ is smashing me with strength still, apart from squat, I think I still have him covered on that… but everything else he is killing me, and rightly so 🤣🤣

But…. In another 10 weeks I might be closer considering the below hahah…

It is pretty cool what the body can do when you try hey?! Have a look at the Wilks scoring system if you haven't already, it gives you a rough idea of how strong you are compared to others. Just another fun thing to stuff around with really but it is cool watching the number go up each week.

Yes Wilks is a powerlifting score. At the bottom of that page, I'm sure you already saw it, there is another link where you can compare all of the various lifts :)

What are the numbers on the lifts? Haha nearly as good as mine there, it was 382 a few months ago. No idea what it is now though, probably less as I'm not strength training atm. Edit: or peaked like I was before

Hack squat doesn't count in that total bro ;)

Still great numbers though, strong as a mofo :)

Does your immune disease make barbell squats overly painful or difficult? Any hope on the horizon for remission or anything like that?

I can barbell back squat 200 hack squat im pushing nearly 240 plus the preload of 45kgs so nearly 285.

My disease has gotten a lot better due to the strength training.
the only thing is after dead lift day I feel it in my lower back due to the inflammation.
