Dont know if its been said but I had same problem.. ripped my dump off and flapper was stuck on housing just slightly open

Lol. Pretty sure the head is intact.

I don't think it's the flapper. I had the actuator off the other day to put some preload on it and it moved and sealed fine

Check all one way valves also mate....one on PCV and the other on purge line.

Pcv valve is fine. Cat isn't blocked. Solenoid isn't even hooked up, neither is actuator which I already mentioned a page ago
