Was tossing up between Kaaz or TrueTrac, can get a Truetrac through a mate for $1285 delivered to him so going to go with that, looking at around $300-400 for full cradle of bushes, $500 for a good set of gears, and then $300-400 for building the centre and we'll put the rear back together ourselves in my mates workshop, that puts in my ball park and I'm happy with that, once its in and I'm happy I'll look into some Albins billet half shafts to finish it off.

Yep Diff's aren't cheap if you go re building it strong, I'm looking at $2500-$3000 for a good solid centre with new centre/Gears/bearings and then all new bushings in the cradle and that's mostly at trade prices and not new half shafts otherwise there's another $1500 or so on top of that.

Mine locked up and had to be pulled onto the truck with the back wheels locked up.

from all I've heard kaaz diffs are the go. Graham at Boss was going to put one in my old corti but they don't fit in the 8 3/4 housing. kaaz + moser axles was looking around $2.5 - $3k but ended up going a built 8 3/4 locker 38 spline with the mosers for about same price... those boys know their diffs
