Yeah my 98 & e85 are both a pretty flat 17psi.

Sounds soft and gutless even on boost. Sounds almost like it came out of the factory with that choking sound under full acceleration. Might have to drop a muffler and maybe see once it resins up abit if it sounds any better. 1
