Hopefully Nizpro or one of the other tuners will enter next year and rattle a few cages

How's a brand new car able to be sold on the domestic market without complying to ADR's? :buttrock:

What's that got to do with anything?

The cars have been modified so their FACTORY ADR compliance is out the window.

correct, as per the majority of Extreme Tuner entrants.

Ok, so which tuner is going to take up challenge???? :spoton::beerchug:

A BF2 or later will be accepted.....this year needed to be a car sold new from 2007 onwards, so next year will be 2008...they were still selling BF2s early last year.

Which Sydney Tuner wants to sponsor my car?? I've got a fair bit of the stuff needed already :buttrock:

I am very dissapointed with this!

NO supercharged GT, not modified F6's and no mention of the true tuners! BOOOOOOOOOOOO

Yeah I get that power with just a custom tune, and I spent no where near as much as they did lol, I too was rather disappointed with the overall speed these very expensive modification made.

It does say that any mods are permitted, as long as the vehicle remains legal within Australia, which rules out any of the cars with turbo kit's strapped to them. I know here any car with an aftermarket turbo is illegal ie. converting an N/A VL to a turbo, or putting a bigger turbo on a skyline. Adjustable coilovers are illegal aswell, not sure if there are any of the un-adjustable variety available :bangcomputer:

Are you sure that's true? I'm pretty sure you can Turbo an N/A vl to VL turbo specs quite legally, And I'm also pretty sure bigger turbo doesn't always mean illegal either.

I thought the APS Stage 3 kit was completely legal (and EPA compliant) and was good for 11 second passes.

I think its a bit mean bagging out the magazine. Its not their fault they suck. All media is sucking more and more all the time.
