dont get me started on land prices etc.. a mate of mine bought house and land back in about 2000 +/-3yrs for about $120k in butler, went halves with his bro so payments were a whopping $110 each a week or something ridiculous.. instead of doing the smart thing and raping the mortgage/buyin more houses the tightass pingpingping paid the minimum and occasionaly took $10k out of the equity for random cash wasting so he now owes more then the original mortgage.. I'd murder an acre of kittens to only have to pay $110 a week FFS!!!! pisses me off that he could have set himself up for life but didnt, and he was the worlds biggest tightass with everything else as well ... he once asked me to buy him a hashbrown back when they were 90c so he wouldnt have to break a $2 coin FFS!! /csb rant moral, best time to buy a house or land was always yesterday
