Oh poor Panda nothing worst than packing/ moving house good louck with that. Panda Jr had fun with the boxes kids love them. The bigger the better.

Just doing a precursor tidy up and get ready.

Owners are still not signing the contract.

What still not. that's BS man. Tell them they have till Wed 15th April to sign or you'll walk and you have already been looking else where because taking to long.

But not sure if previously mentioned.. But retaining walls were identified as 'chock full' of termites during the pest inspection..

I priced a replacement wall around 16k. and asked for that off the agreed price.. Didn't go very well..

Tell the real estate agent what your prepared to pay and why and let them earn their commission.

I wouldn't be talking to the seller.

Not talking to the seller mate.. Real estate agent is the guy in the middle..

They already agreed to a price. Not my fault they aren't happy with it.

Up to him/her to earn their commission now.
