Paid a $42 pickup fee for him to get out. I received a letter today from the council saying "offence, dog astray or not securered properly in owners property". Also said its a first and final warning and if it happened again it was a $217 fine. What a load of fkn sh*t Ffs. How is it a warning if the council make you pay the first time? You would have to pay a tow fee. Plus also maybe a infringement.If he was fined, id say he'd had to cough up $259
