I made some butter the other day, whipped some cream for 3 years and I was left with butter and butter milk. Squished the butter together in cheese cloth to get all the buttermilk out, chucked it on a little plate, formed it into a likely looking pat and violin!

 

Best part is it cost heaps less than ready made butter and is piss easy to make

The very same butter will be used on my lads birthday steaks tomorrow so I'll take that

that's ok, it was a reasonable drive home just a bunch of dickheads who go slow at the merges on the way home on the Eastern Freeway. All good fun.
