I think it was about $100 from the kit from the US.

By the way how did you get 7000k HID I thought they only come in 6000k, 6500k(rare), 8000k, 10000k, ...

I found THESE on eBay that look like the same kit as Vince used. For under $100 they look like a great option.

As for putting HID's in the Foglights, I would expect them to be unusable due to the glare. As they are so low to the ground, the angle of glare from the movement of the car as well as the reflection off a we road would cause serious glare.

Quick question how wide are these in mm as there a few sets you can get but they are different sizes e.g. 100mm, 120mm 140mm, which would suit our head lights the best I was thinking 140mm ???

Anyone know what size our head lights are or what size out of those 3 to buy?
