There will be the usual scrutenering etc... to check your WOF and your helmet. Cost to race will be just $50. (cash, no eftpos available) Spectators are completely free of any charges so come for a look even if you don't want to smoke your own tyres... No passengers are allowed on the race track. Catering will be on site with the usual hot dogs and chips etc, but you can also bring your own picnic if you want. There are lots of nice trees you can spread your picnic blanket out underneath. Also invited are the Mustang Club and the HSV club. For those wishing to arive in style, Auckland club members will be meeting at the Autobahn in PAPAKURA at 8:30am with a view to heading off towards Meremere at 8:45am. We are expecting only about 60 cars to be racing so you should get heaps of practice runs in before the competition begins. It will be a great day, rain or shine. I should have my filthy mits on it in a weeks time. I'll let you know what I think of it when I get it. It should go harder then my RB25 C33 Laurel but I doubt it will have my S13 . Nah The C33 was a rare RB25DE not many factory made 180hp from factory it would have been a mint ride with a turb and 5spd added. I'm exicted to see how the xr will stack up against my other nissan.
