Roast Pork leg with deliciously oily/crunchy/salty crackling and super sweet/delicious Pork fat and beautifully crispy/soft roast veges (half eaten in this photo)

 

and an apple crumble dessert with ice-cream

 

Sunday roast done motherfrakkin right! Cheers to the missus

leftovers from the roast today for gym fuel... just as delicious today as it was yesterday   I love pork roast so obviously unhealthy but so delicious

Looks amazing! Making me think about cranking up the Weber on the weekend. Charcoal, none of this gas sh!t.

haha the missus buys a full leg of pork from costco, cuts it into 4 and then we get 4 ~1-2kg roasts out of it... which is enough for at least two full meals for the both of us each time... #winning
