Gotta love boring old wyalkatchem *beep*. Generating more business and exposure for our town? Yeah no thanks, we'd rather keep that old disused runway free of tyre rubber

So I competed in Modified Bike yesterday at the Motorplex and smashed it all the way through to the final last night. We just managed to run the race when the rain started so we were lucky. I didn't w

They are talking 2017, not 2016.

Settle settle.

Still many many things to be done prior to bringing the circus back to life.

RW's return is part of a big push by private enterprise and the council to facilitate the growth of motorsport in the region and what we are doing is a mere drop in the ocean compared with what is being planned down there.

For what its worth let's consign Wylie to the history books where it belongs now. For the record I don't have any axe to grind with Wylie and neither does anyone else really. What's done is done and it was always going to wind up with us out growing the town and the town was always going to want more than we had any hope of delivering there, we are moving onwards and upwards and thanks to the agreement being terminated we can go play elsewhere. wink.png

The bigger picture paints a much clearer picture.

For what it's worth though.
1800m long + 100m run off and the surface is perfect.
We are still allowing head to head runs up to 1/2mile roll on's.
Drag Radials should be signed off which will be a game changer.
The flip side is no skids. And no skids will actually mean no skids. Paint the strip and you will get told to piss off. We know there will be some wheelspin but we all know the difference between someone having a go and someone taking the piss.

that's it for now.

Yesterday, you would have spotted me racing home.

Today, I did not go by Guilford. I actually had to go to a site in malaga first and then head down to High Wycombe via tonkin, so not me.

Honk ya horn next time you think you see me and I might salute ya back. then we know we saw each other. :P

so hands up for those that want a cruise to RaceWars 2017 next year?

Get a thread up and make plans for it........

I agree, I've seen 2 E series get on the RW strip and chop sh*t up hard including a Lambo....max lulz.

Are we to understand you are arranging your own murder machine?

I wish steve. quite a few e series get around at powercruise choppin hard.

Friend is building an ef with a fg turbo motor conversion thru a c4 and some e85 goodness.
