Have gotten surprisingly little flak over it

Yeah I hate them...they look fugging crap. Man that sh*t belongs on a ricer...its like a try hard BMW.............................................................

Nah I'm only kidding...lol my sarcasm is probably not very obvious, but yeah....I always had a soft spot for 'halos' ever since my civic days :P

and that pic is awesome....the three random people in the background made me laugh a little...I thought they were black rocks at first :mosking:

Okay Brains Trust, I need some advice.

I've stripped this bike seat and will be having it trimmed without any foam.

What I'm looking for is something to fill all the cavities so the trimmer can just lay a piece of 3 mill rubber over it and then cover it.

I was thinking of maybe fibreglass resin that I can pour in and let it set but something rubbery would be even better.

Any ideas?

Hey guys I just wanna pick your brains while I am here! So at the moment my fg f6 has injectors and tune, I have ordered a plazmaman stage 3 I/c kit with the 4in air intake, I am about to book it in for an exhaust and retune.. Now I need help with the turbo... Do I go with the flapper mod n porting or spend the extra and go for the turbo upgrade? I am aiming for about 400rwkw once I run valve springs and do the fuel system but I dont really want to push past 450 because I dont want to be rebuilding the gearbox or replacing cvs if I dont have to!

Cheers

Filler foam?

Thought of that but it doesn't have any memory. Once it's squashed down, it'll stay there.

So not really suitable.

Selleys pro series sealant? They use it between concrete slabs in construction jobs I've been on..it's urethane so it dries like a hard rubber that's flexible but goes back into shape as well.

Could you use some sort of silicon, then prep seat by spaying with cooking oil.

Fill with a silicon and lay baking paper over top to screed level, removing excess.

Leave it to dry so it was a cast mould of the grooves.

B series/ FG F6 huffer is good for 400rwkw I'm pretty sure with port and flap mods. If you got the cash though get a GTX or Precision that your tuner thinks would suit.
