When you blokes say you dead lifted, for example, 120kg, is that including the bar? Do you add the bar weight to the figure or just worry about what actual weights your chucking on? By the way had a big back workout today, I'm wrecked, gonna be sore the next day or two... But gonna have a good crack tomo on legs.. I normally do, squats, calf raises, leg ext and leg press, but might swap something out (leg ext) and chuck in some straight leg dead lifts, never done them before but just to mix it up.. What are your thoughts?
