  3. Do you think it helps to get stronger? I may do it more often.. Yeah I prob drop it to half and do it till failure aswell, so anywhere between 10-20 reps depending on muscle.. I don't do it after each exercise either, once per muscle group.. Eg back and bicep day, I would do a set on the seated row and a set with dumbells for biceps..
  4. Sometimes after I work out a muscle, lets say bicep. I do my normal heavy, till failure etc.. I drop down to a lower weight and do like 15-20 reps just to get that bit of extra burn, good idea?

  7. Not true, mine has been through hell and its fine structurally, yes the paint has scrapes here and there. I was worried when everyone was saying they are weak bla bla bla when I was looking at getting one but trust me, ive had mine for ages...
  8. My goal is to loose weight and get a bit ripped, at 114kg now, want to get to around 100kg but still have bulk.. Was taking protein but I was gaining weight when on it, so cut it out and now back on track..
  9. Watched Dredd last night. Its a damn violent movie, seeing bullets go through people in slo mo and exploding on the way out, its pretty full on.. The concept was good, much like The Raid but with machine guns. Nothing will come close to Stallone as Dredd though, but its a very good violent and bloody action flick if your that way inclined, I give it 7/10 for that alone...

  13. Sumo stance? Did 1000 steps yesterday.. What a difference me loosing 20kg and weight training makes. About 7months ago I was around 135kg, was sort of 'working out' and thought id give the 1000 steps a go. Only made it like half way and my quads were on fire and I was wrecked, I could barely make it back down. But yesterday, the walk from the car park to the base of the steps was a breeze, only the last 5 mins of the climb I started to struggle. Ran down the steps and ran back to the car park. It was a goal of mine to make it up, and now the goal is to make it up twice... Quads are sore today and probably tomo and thursday lol, so will train legs on friday and steps again on the weekend.. Also im doing a fun run soon so im sorta training for that, its only 5km run, but im a fat *beep* so its plenty for me lol...
  14. Fair enough.. I was going to get my guards rolled and the place I went to said "it will not damage your paint" so if in fact it did, I would kick up a fuss.. but in your case I guess your stuffed... Good luck getting it sorted mate.

  16. My car did this ages ago.. Used to have to chuck it in 'N' (auto) when coming to a stop, so I could start it back up in time if the lights went green, it happened that often. It would drop revs and shut down when coming to a stop. I dunno exactly what fixed the issue, it either went away itself, but I also changed tuner so it might have been that, but as far as changing any hardware to fix it, I didnt change anything. I believe its a software issue. This topic gets brought up every so often you;d think we'd know what the go is by now..

  23. Ohh yea forgot to add the leg curls too.. What order would you recommend for all the exercises mentioned?
  24. When you blokes say you dead lifted, for example, 120kg, is that including the bar? Do you add the bar weight to the figure or just worry about what actual weights your chucking on? By the way had a big back workout today, I'm wrecked, gonna be sore the next day or two... But gonna have a good crack tomo on legs.. I normally do, squats, calf raises, leg ext and leg press, but might swap something out (leg ext) and chuck in some straight leg dead lifts, never done them before but just to mix it up.. What are your thoughts?
