  5. Look without being rude it seems like a lot of people expect their car to somehow hold lots of power without having to pedal it. Most race cars have no tc and take a lot of practice to get it right. Turbos a tricker again coz roll out to much and they die in the ass. You know it wants to let go a 3000rpm ish. So roll out a little momentarily and back in. Its going to be quicker I'd you just drive through the wheelspin as best you can until it becomes second nature and you don't need to think about it, then eventually you should be able to get close to no spinning at all.

  7. Mmm I know the feeling, selling my au ATM for financial reasons but I really don't want to. Its just a slow ass Windsor Fairmont wagon but its fkn mint and I really love that car. Cruising with the family and the dog to the beach while the sloooow v8 burbles away. As fast and nice as the g6 is its just not practical for that sorta stuff. But I'm not rich enough to own different cars for different occasions.

  11. In good hands at xft, not sure what they will charge but he will have to start from scratch. Well worth it for the peice of mind of a good result and safe tune.
  12. What a great series makes me want to get involved, so can you basically run what you brung as long as it complies with safety regs? That aero should make quite a difference, that integra didn't lay down the fastest time coz it made a million kW...sounded like an N/A VTEC yo, was cool to watch the 2 lads in the drift cars working hard trying to drive them fast rather than sideways......which still resulted in lots of sideways lol

  14. I got a set off eBay for 240, in individual ford boxes sealed with ford stickers, coils were in ford parts bag inside the box. I'm happy they are genuine, fkn elaborate fakes if they aren't.......
  15. Oh, lol well that being the case and knowing ebc does actually work just take it to a decent tuna and do what Ralph said.. A more aggressive boost/power curve can be achieved which may not be a good thing on your bottom end that's been been taking 20psi in the date..
  16. Wdc is probably not setup for the target boost though if a manual T was being used. I've also seen a few cases on BA’s where the pcm was faulty so an eboost or something of the like was used instead of replacing the pcm. Which may very well be the case here. Seems odd a tuner would do this, even if they are full retard...

  18. Is there a problem with the factory solenoid? Seems to have all the good stuff otherwise. Personally I'd be plumbing the factory one back in and getting it tuned properly. 20psi is a bit much on a stock BA bottom end. Depends how hard it comes in though.
  19. Also in a rundown video of that mustang ken himself said it was the strongest box they make and its on the limit at 845 HP. Not sure what torque its making but a hypo barra would be close if not more
  20. Lol well you have come this far grego and certainty have all the good bits now....custom t/c maybe? Certainly going to be a fast family hauler. Edit: apparently Borg Warner make a replacement Torque On Demand t/c for the terry, can't find anything about it being stronger though. Just distributes drive a little differently and can be locked into 50:50

  24. It appears Ford have used the standard 6hp26 and sourced a transfer case rather than using the 6hp26a(awd). I can't however confirm that 100%. Just thinking we know the zf can be built to take 500kw, just wondering if a different transfer case can be made to work. I know r32 transfer cases are just about indestructible.... Unlike their gearboxes... Its a niche market so something off the shelf for the power your chasing is probably not going to happen.
  25. "Grippy" being the key word. Put cheap 275's on and they spun more than decent 245's
