I'm not certain the Cap solution would work. The system would be looking for the +12V from the unearthed lamp, a Cap would not provide that, as similarly, the LED does not ?? Whomever tries, keep us updated :-) Alan

Although, depending on the current draw as the Cap charges with no current limiting resistor, you may take out your brake light fuse Just be ware that this may happen.

For what its worth, my Turbo mkII never went back to the dealer in its short 20k life for any work except routine service. (even after edit) The current Futura (also MkII) also has over 25k on her now, and never back either. Very happy with both, much nicer than the last AU series 3 I had. Jeez, I miss my T Alan

Nothing changes below 2000, but then gets rapidy different beyond around 2500+ 195 --> 240 rwkw. Mine with the GTech Pro stock and then Edit (on private road which was fairly average in the level Department) Stock - [email protected] Edit - [email protected] Both these appear ambitious based on my BEST Calder times As per Siggy at Calder Park. 12.98@110mph best run. Never ran it stock at Calder... No point, wasnt going to drive it around town stock again :-) For what its worth, just do it , Best bang for your buck you can spend, but get it custom tuned.

Ok, Your wrong :-) The CAPA Edit boxonly ever Downloads ONCE the Ford Factory tune. (and that's the 1st time its plugged in and used) After that, it will only UPLOAD (from CAPA Box to car) 1 of the 3 Installed tunes, or the Original F (Factory) tune. Flashing your car back to stock from the F slot does NOT erase the Factory tune from the Flasher BOX. Its there forever, unless reset/cleared by a CAPA rep. You would need to get the CAPA Flasher reset by a Tuner to get the F slot cleared. Alan

You should make around 250ish or more at the rears in a manual I would assume. Makes em pretty fast. Luke, If you have a cable modem, dont see why you need a phone line at all. With ADSL, you have to have the damn line for it. Of course, Tel$tra being who thay are, maybe you cannot have cable broadband without their phone. Pr!cks. My Auto with just a home made CAI and Edit made 240rwkw @ HPF and ran a best of 12.98 @ 110. (but it was only 13 - 15C that night.) Consistent 109-110mph over 5 runs. With 260+, should be in the 12's easy.

I think the Boost 98 or whatever liberty sell down south (with the Ethanol) is cheaper than unleaded?? I got a shell card, but only good for Unleaded, pricks wont even shell out for 95. So no chance of testing in the N/A.
