  1. The brand of the one I have that was supplied by Telstra - http://www.cel-fi.com.au/ Seems they've now got newer models and 4G versions Also seems as if they're happy to sell to individuals and not just businesses
  2. I called "tech support" last week (am sure I have a post somewhere about the ordeal) End of the day the response was "we've had a few calls about that forum" It was still a problem from my end apparently. Something to do with "either my anti virus, my computer, my router, my feng shui etc" Amazingly, 15 mins ago all my problems just magically fixed themselves.
  3. WMMFG: In the last 10 minutes Optus finally let me access this forum again It's been close to a fortnight since I've been able to log in or even see the forum without using a VPN
  4. Hire a bus and the buck ends up cable tied to a lamp post in Dandenong - sounds like a pretty mild bucks night edit: and strippers
  5. They looked clean to me - spotless I was just imagining mine - if they were white
  6. Hey guys, Just a quick feeler to see if there'd be any interest in a cruise over the weekend of the Sandown 500. I'd be looking at heading to the race on Sunday as the minimum. Saturday cruise if the interest is there - route to be worked out depending on who's coming from where - accommodation can be sorted for any coming from further away. Haven't been to Sandown for a couple of decades and it could be the last chance we get to see the Falcons racing there properly - they're in a good spot at the moment too. Am also pretty sure that the event will actually be on (am looking a you, Dromana Drive-In) and wouldn't require a last minute "WTF?" If even half interested - let me know: a) Saturday cruise or just a catch up for/at the race b) where you're coming from c) require accommodation d) Medium rare steaks or you bring your own tofu with you? Sandown 500
  7. Fark - are you regretting white wheels yet?
  8. Why do I now want to head out and get a couple of coffee scrolls?
  9. It's ok Don - the old couch has been moved to the patio so you've got somewhere to sit when you drop round
  10. Any truck can be a fire truck with the right catalyst and starter
  11. Was a must have for me. I think it was about $400 - was a few years ago and had to jump through some hoops to get it. I had really, really spotty reception all throughout the house I think the in the renno's that were done in the 80's they used a chicken wire or something over the insulation, making half the house act as if it's in a Faraday cage. I now get pretty much 3/4 signal on 3G throughout the house. 4G is still spotty - not sure if it's due to the area, or the extender not supporting 4G The "slave unit" for it is in the worst room - which happens to be my bedroom. I used to wake up each morning - head to the front window and check my voicemails and SMS's that had failed to come through overnight.
  12. It's a 18650 battery - about the size of a ciggy lighter. The case around it and the control unit on the end make it fatter and longer
  13. Nah - give me a good blaster any day
  14. Made me chuckle - she usually does it by climbing up me and sitting on my shoulder. Today she found a new position - no need for me anymore. Friggin pooch thinks she's a cat
  15. This little sticky-beak - she would have stayed like this all day keeping an eye on the neighbourhood if I let her

    Windows 10

Installed on 3 Surface Pro's and my desktop PC last week. MacBook and sons lappy to go Not a single issue yet. Even fixed up a couple of issues I was having with some hardware under 8.1 Onedrive - Love it. I know there's other ways to keep files synced, but no matter where I am now, or what PC/Lappy/Tablet/Phone I'm on the files I NEED access to are right there.
  17. "I use the came cloth to wipe down your coffee mugs as I do to wipe the piss off the toilet floor"
  18. Got a cheap D-Link one from officeworks - works fine TiVO, iPad, Lappy etc
  19. Windows 10 installed on 3 computers so far. Very smooth and painless upgrade so far. Pretty happy with the new version
  20. Here's another window for you to lick Ralph - looks like the last one we gave you ran out
