Yeah - no probs Usually have the brown longrain in the pantry. I have been eating healthier for a while prior to the diet - just need to get down to a base level to build from.

Truth be told - it's not that bad when you're on the program. Farking easy to decide "what's for dinner" I was slipping a little, so took the weekend off be BAD and start back up properly again with a reset. Have to cook and do meals for a 15yo and it's honestly not that hard to cook up a proper meal for the kids and keep on the menu. Scary thing is how bad a rebound is after the weekend - was a good 5kg worth of ribs, wings and VB's I've gone backwards with. Definitely have to get below where I need to be and then watch what I do - 3 steps forward, 2 step back :S 20+kg down in 3 months and another dozen to go if I do it properly - 20+kg to put on if I don't :( But fark yeah - I made this weekend reset worth it - First beers in a few months, smoked ribs, reverse seared steak, cooked up some buffalo wings - rice, bread and spuds (the bad 3) It's going to be hard til about thursday with me back on the program, but the reset will help me get to the next stage.

Was a real good ride Was spewing when Marquez came off (he's been stuck between fast and smart all season) Could have made a good race for 1/2 and 3/4 Am tipping though - if Marquez was still up Rossi would have been a bit more aggressive earlier with Pedrosa. Lorenzo's is pretty much untouchable - is going to be a good run home to the flag

It will have 40% less 40% less irrelevant emissions, 10% more relevant emissions and a bit less power At least the Skoda now comes out with "Phone Connection" As sad as it is to say - that crappy ad where the only selling point they pushed was "Your phone can connect to our stereo" is actually 1000% better than anything Ford has done for years.

WPMO - my Mad Max Blu Ray won't play in my computers DVD drive. Put it in - grabbed a beer, turned down the lights, put on the headphones, turned on the surround sound, turned up the volume. Went to push play - then remembered it's a friggin DVD drive and not a Blu Ray one I have in the PC So much for the movie - upgrade tomorrow. Back to the game.

First beer and pizza in about 3 months made me feel good Had been cheating on the diet way too much lately so decided a weekend off it then back on it properly on monday was on the cards. Next week is going to hurt, but I'll I'll be quite happy until then.

Did something like that a couple of years ago - wasn't opticoat (is meant to be better than opticoat) Car hasn't been touched by a cloth since (only use the touch free car wash every couple of weeks) He spent a good day and a half prepping.
