those "nude slefies/wank bank" style groups that keep popping up in my newsfeed. Ever since facebook made it so that "like" automatically equalled "share", half my news feed is now taken up with pictures of near naked women. Dags, you're one of the culprits lol.

The cheaper electric ones from either brand are usually enough for car washing. I only deal with karcher, but gerni are well established too. You don't want one with too high a PSI, and you don't need one with the chisel nozzles, as you're likely to take off paint.

I know of a few guys who learn pole. Most of them work one on one with an instructor. It's like the male gymnasts. People may laugh at them for doing a Girly sport, but they are So fit, and look amazing. Finally, cause I can, here's a couple of my pole dancing pics

Paulie is right. If they offer a warranty take advantage of it, cause if you use them more than once in a blue moon, they will break. Found the source of the problem for my car - diff bushes are f*cked. Funny how they seem to cause every problem these cars have!!

My car is running like absolute crap at the moment - like it isnt slow enough already. It keeps cutting out, like it would if I put my foot down with an almost empty tank - but its still doing it even when it has fuel. Thankfully its booked in in for a service next week. But its still annoying.

I've found the more exercise I do, the less it hurts. First time I did legs properly it took me a week to recover. Now its not even a day. If you're finding you're doing 3x12 reps easily, its time to up the weight.
