    Well I have all my bits: Plazmaman 700hp cooler Plaz 3" cold side piping Plaz 4" race intake and airbox Plaz surge tank and 044 and wiring Plaz valve springs Seimens deka 80lb injectors Sct xcal3 Ported rear housing and flapper Turbosmart iwg75 actuator Will do battery relocation during the week and then get started on the rest, pics up soon!

    I gave my car to my tuner on 20l/100k and he returned it on 13.3l/100k now sits on 14.8... that's with 42lb bosch injectors... Bout to throw deka 80lb's in , but You cant rely on the economy reading with bigger injectors

    Combination switch, fairly common but most people get it looked at before it gets this bad lol

    Yeh its actually easier to tell when it happens to dual zone ones, theres normally a massive temp difference between each side as most of the time only the passenger blendor breaks so when u set it on hot the drivers side goes hot and the passenger side stays cold, as of 10/11 all falcons and territorys have a new HVAC system so this shouldnt happen to new ones

    Both lol remove centre console then pull dash out, I sit it in the front seats, climb in and rip the him module out, normally thr blendors break as well so the front section of the heater box needs to be unscrewed and removed then it splits un half so you can get the blendors out

    If its not dual zone and your getting no hot air it will be the mixer shaft

    Call clint at profile autosports 0438 355 880 has done many members cars including mine I wouldnt take mine to anyone else personally but there are a few good shops around

    Flat batteries are the enemy of gas falcons, wen they backfire they normally blow off the pcv hose at either end and smash te pcv valve, they also can blow the map sensor line off... I rebuild at least one lpg converter a week... Constantly fixing these things

    Ordered a new just released turbosmart IWG75 wastegate acuator with 7 and 10psi springs, should get it tomoro and my plazmaman gear should arrive wednesday then starts the fitting.... Good fun!

    All fg fpvs have this system built in to the pcm to avoid heatsoak damage to various components, pcm determines if/when/how long to turn on the fans after shut down, I wouldnt worry about it as it takes so many factors into consideration (ambient air temp , cyl head temp, drive cycle time just to name a few), try disconnecting the battery for 10 min to reset keep alive memory if your worried but I wouldnt be....

    The kit pictured is fitted behind the front bar on the right hand side... I would think fitting a cooler behind the grill would be taking up premium intercooler real estate

    Tourqe settings? Just tighten it so its not gona come off and yes new gasket

    If the battery wasnt completely open circuited the alternator should be ok but its easy enough to test, even without a capacitor I think an optima yellow top would be sufficient to run what you have and start the car perfectly, are you SURE your starter motor is ok? Test current draw while cranking under the conditions in your first post

    Not yet hey after I fit my new plazmaman gear il be getting one fitted so I guess that's te only way il get a solid price figure lol I keep tellin him theres soooooo much interest in these kits but hes flat out... Highly sought after

    A capacitor for the audio system may help? Battery install sounds spot on
