If they are only minor mods and the valve springs are keeping up then there is no need to change them. If you decide to do more mods down the track then it's a good idea to change them though.

Both my BA and GT-R make the same noise when the engine is shut down. I'm pretty sure its just the noise coming from bearings in the turbo as it slow's down.

They still have it in hoppers. It's a tad more expensive and only really worth it if your car is tuned for it or to help stop pinging as the others have said. I'm pretty sure it's an ethanol blend too isn't it? So your car will drink a lot more of it.

That looks like a pretty good bike for the money. Great components for a $550 bike. Id buy it. Your not gonna do much better than that in that price range. When it comes to the frame its not like your gonna do big drops on it or use it for competition and most frames have a fair bit of warranty on them.
