Thanks guys. I assumed this was why but just needed to ask.

Can someone please explain to me why the turbo needs to be under load to produce boost? Wouldn't the amount of exhaust gasses flowing past the turbo be the same in neutral or clutch in at a certain RPM as it would be while under load at the same RPM? Bit of a noob question but just want to know why?

Slightly off topic but . . . . How do you get the cap off? Is it just unscrew anti clockwise? Got a Plazmaman cap the other day and can't get the original off. It won't budge at all - think I need to eat more wheaties or something

The Force cars are as boring as bat sh*t compared to the phoons! I drove past one the other day and only realised it was an FPV as I know what to look for being a ford fan. Most people would just pass them of as a normal XR6. The force cars also have zero street cred especially from the Homo Sexual Vehicles side of the fence.

I saw it on ebay on the weekend but I can't find it now. They were saying it was a full factory sat nav unit. All I remember is that it had a black box with a drive in the front of it with a white dvd symbol on the top right corner. The fpv option lists the sat nav option as "DVD satellite navigation system - $3800" do they just say DVD as it is actually on a DVD?

So pretty much a piece of crap then! I wasn't really thinking of getting one I was just curious as to where it actually goes and what it does. I thought that the option for it on the FPV website says DVD as well but maybe not. Also the pic of the unit that I saw had a DVD symbol on the front of it.

What does the factory sat nav look like in the dash? Any pics? I saw a picture of one and was just wondering where it actually fits. The factory unit plays dvds as well doesn't it?

Personally I think I would rather it be written off if it was mine as I would forever know that it had been flogged and it would just be in the back of my mind every time I drove it. Poor Bastard. Should fit mate. They are the same bar apparently. Just the centre part and the foglights are different as these are all separate parts.

Nice! Yours is stock still isn't it? In that video did you just stall it to 2000 and just drop the clutch or is that red light on the dash the handbrake light and you have it loaded up against that? I definitely need to practice this - looks like fun!

I have a thread on here about my headlight. It was a missing bolt on the bottom of the headlight. If you look through the top grill side on at the headlight you will be able to see if it is lined up properly. You can see the black plastic of the light where it meets the cars body work. It should look like this || but mine looked like this /| if you understand what I mean. Because the bottom bolt was missing the bottom of the light was sitting away from the body work. Also if you run your finger underneath the front of the bonnet over the headlight there should be a noticeable gap. Before mine was fixed it was almost touching. Man that is hard to type when the god damned space bar only works after 3 to 5 hits!!!!

Sorry FPV but I've gotta say that I don't like them and I am glad I ended up buying the BF. I will have to wait until I see one in real life but at this stage I just can't get into the new look. Power will be awesome though.
