I have been to the dealer on 2 occasions regarding this problem, never once did they indicate that there was a kit available , that's why I assumed it had recently come out. Anyway fitted it up on Sunday morning adjusted up 4 clicks works like a dream and no drag.....fingers crossed

Hey guys, found out that Fraud has a kit to stop the handbrake from going thru the sunroof and stop the dreaded drag that we all hear. Of course its available after the warranty period has ended. Anyway bought the kit; it consists of 2 half circle brackets and 2 funny looking springs, Has anybody fitted this.....Is it easy to install

Penrith wholesale suspensions can do it

You will probably find its in the slave cylinder better off replacing it

I had a noise coming from my rear end and was adamant it was the diff. I pulled it out got it checked and found nothing wrong. Put it back together noise went away and I thought good however it came back after week of driving. Checked bearing in hub found left one needed replacing so did that .Noise went away but then decided to come back after another week....starting to pull my hair out by now, noise got real bad real quick so after another hair pulling session replaced right rear bearing and checked left one again....incredibly it had packed it in as well. Two new bearings later problem solved What a head%uck that was

I wish my vibration was fixed that easy , I ended up having loose nuts and wrecked a wheel and a few studs

You can get serious grunt out of one turbo so I dont see the need of spending twice the cash either

you might as well do up an NA bottom end...your much better off putting rods and forgies into it and just doing an engine swap over a weekend
-
I agree as I am going down this path now... you are much better doing that 'cause you get more bang for your buck

That sure is an awesome result ...mine was leaning out at 270 'cause of the injectors so was tuned 'back' to 260 which still makes me a bit nervous so I always make sure I run good fuel. -
It probably will but then how much is much more......
-
Ive ran a few evos and rexys which were undoubtedly 'boosted' and kept up without too many dramas.......

Jan 04, 5 speed, bought it with 35000 km on clock, tuned it up to 262 rwkw at 45000, now have 81000 km and loving it . Have had a slipping clutch since first dyno however it hasnt let me down at the lights yet. More mods to come next month looking for the 300+ club......cheers

I'm from south west Sydney and as for the plenum I have seen what others have done and they are excellent but no I wont be copying someone else's' design although it might look similar from the outside I have my own ideas on the internal shape and tapers etc..... anyone have good results on running bigger throttle bodies ..is it worth it

Just thought it was about time to say hello to all of you guys as I have been a long time reader on this site however not real good with the posting. Have learned a lot here from everyone here its a great place for info on all things xr6t. I currently own a citric '04 with cai, and flash, so far up to 265 rwkw . Next month will start on my own plenum, injectors, custom piping, bov,and clutch as its already slipping. Already have the 1000hp stealth 'cooler from plazmaman sitting in the garage waiting. Looking for something like 330-350rwkw so I can join the 300 club......cheers
