Those pictures might be shocking to us and we might have a good piss and moan about India being a shyte-hole but it is daily life to them. They don't know any different and in most cases they probably wouldn't change even if an alternative was available - especially the elderly. It is part of their life, their religion, their beliefs and their culture to behave/live like that. It's who they are! You can't just go and change all that because you don't think it’s nice to see some dead bodies in the water. There are slums all over the world and people are born in them and will die in them – it’s the life they have been given. How would you like it if some rich fat-cat poo poo’ed your existence or beliefs? (not directed at anyone in particular, just sayin is all…) The river itself is sacred to their culture and most believe they MUST bathe in there. (Plus, they don't have running water in the slums so their alternative is a stagnant shyte filled puddle - at least the river flows) It has been an integral part of their core beliefs to burn and float the dead down the river for nearly 4000 years! In our culture we bury the dead, in theirs they float them down a river. You can't poo poo them for doing something they have done for thousands of years! In 2001 there was 61.8 million people living in slums in India alone and that is projected to rise to 93 million by next year. The Indian government has projected it would cost 78 billion AUD just to build the estimated 24 million units needed to house Indian slum dwellers. Does anyone think that the Indian government has a spare $78 billion in their budget? Maybe some half arsed, over paid, I <3 Bananas-wit, Cricket players can pitch in? When a quarter of their population live on around 50c a day, having a nice little unit is the least of their worries! No food, no fresh water, no sewage, no jobs. They love the river as it can provide all of these things! Sheesh - get out, see the world - even the bad parts, educate yourselves on how others live. Our planet is so beautiful and diverse which is what makes it so good! If everyone on the planet lived in a 4br house, with a pool and picket fence it would a fuking boring place to be!! Fark… I haven’t had a good preach like that for ages!! Something must have hit a nerve! Get that one up ya!

Interesting enough - I think spell check has actually helped my spelling! I'm 26 and we didn't use computers at school until I was well into high school - so we had to learn to read and write the "hard way". I was always an excellent reader and writer but I wasn't the greatest speller. I've been working on/with computers since I was in YR11 and whenever I typed anything I took notice of how spell check corrected my words and I tried to remember that for next time. Been doing that for years and it really helped me out! Now days I can type almost as fast as I can think and very rarely have to rely on spell check to correct my work. I hate txt talk and don't put up with people using it when communicating with me. Type/write properly or GTFO....

Ha! Fail!! The only other thing he has bought from ebay is a VS Late model camira radiator... Hope he hasn't included that in the "late modle conversion" too!

Why are people such phucking khunts? Who would actually do that and get a kick out of it? Do they think it’s funny? Do they want to hurt someone? I just don’t understand that khunt like behaviour... Yeah I liked it too. They aren't trying as hard as they were to be the same as TGUK. They will never match the original but they have the opportunity to be just as entertaining. I think these three guys work better together than the other combinations we have had. They have some chemistry and once they settle in I think it might be ok. How off-tap was the Ford Transit with the TT XJ220 motor! In regards to next week - the UK season is finished already, so it will have to be the OZ verson.

I had a bunch of Canadian dollars I needed to exchange, so I went to the currency exchange window at the local bank. Oh shyte, listen to the pissing and moaning of you QLD'ers!!! I feel really sorry for you and 20 something degree days. Try living in this dump! We had our hottest day of the month today and it was 13 phucking degrees!! Our average morning temp for the last 3 months is -1 .... AVERAGE...! Try doing a couple of weeks where every morning is -3, -4, -5 and frost you can ski on. Why do I live in this place.....

No aftermarket airbox will require a tune. No aftermarket airbox will void the warrany. (Prolly best to change it back to stock when going for a service, just in case they try to use it against you but) Cooler will require a tune. Plenum will require a tune. ANY exhaust mods will require a tune.

It will be fine on the stock tune

I would never, ever buy an ex-cop car having seen firsthand the damage and punishment they endure - especially the highway ones! My old man’s workshop used to service a branch of the NSW police force including some highway patrol cars. Repeatedly thrashed is an understatement! Yes, they get serviced every 10k km but they just about have to rebuild them from all the damage that is caused in that previous 10k kms. Warped disks and ruined pads from extreme heat and overuse, completely ruined suspension, wheels/tyres and undercarriage (sump, gearbox, chassis, front bumpers) from all the gutter hopping. Screw holes all through the dash from mounting the lights/computer units, cigarette burns and coffee stains throughout the entire cabin - the list goes on. They cop so much mechanical abuse it’s not funny. Like hire cars! They don't own it, so they don't care. I don't blame them, I would do the same thing to a govt. owned XR6T, but I would never buy one no matter how good it looks. You can clearly run into the same problems with a private buyer but most private buyers don’t have the cash to fix thousands of dollars’ worth of stuff they have destroyed every 5-10 thousand kms. Just my 2c.

You're contemplating buying a car based on the sound it makes??? With a 4" exhaust (and 350rwkw) your turbo will sound way better than a V8 and smash one performance wise! I had a couple of Expensive Daewoo V8's before I bought my car and there is no way in hell I would go back - especially just for the sound!!! All my commo's were modded and I still reckon my turbo sounded better than all of them.

You will be able to drive it fine, but it will overboost so don't rap it. You don't have to keep it under 2k but don't go giving it a boot. Drive normal and you will be fine. Cooler/pipes won't cause over boost, but exhaust definately will.
