ive been waiting on the latest issue to see what the aussie cars can do disappointed much.. how do they test the 1/4 mile times on these things? Uphill in the wet taking off in 3rd? what a f*cking waste of time I know they use VBOX but seriously FFS a 400+ rwkw car doesn't run 12's and wtf was up with the FG F6 with $40million in mods almost and putting out a bullsh*t 280rwkw seriously should have left it at home and not embarrassed yourself I dont know but a night meet at the drags and track times would be awesome, when me and my mate talk numbers its track 1/4 mile times, not what we did on a sh*tty vbox on some f*cking road somewhere I want a refund
Start here, http://www.fordxr6turbo.com/forum/topic/55584-why-tuners-hate-60lb-siemens-dekas/page__hl__deka__fromsearch__1 You'll need to bust out the calculator and play with the battery offset tables too get them right. remember most spec's are for 39.15 psi (3 bar base FP) and our cars run 58.8 (4 bar baseFP)
Yeah its suprising how much different it makes the car peform, I wasnt expecting much of a difference. Annnddd, My car is booked in at HPT Monday week, gettin the pump, injectors, actuator, cat and the tune. Had enough left over to get the ZF tune too
nice job fluffy! just got off the phone with him, taking the car for rear tyres @ 2.30pm, then dropping it off at bruces for 50,000km service, dyno tune and xcal3 and hopefully pick it up tomorrow arvo before I head back to the mines on thurs. he reckons around the 285kw mark... reckons it'll feel like a whole new car. def gotta be better than stock! =D now just have to start saving for fuel pump, injectors and zorst...

The bar itself does not require any trimming to fit the PWR cooler, but the stoneguard does where the pipes meet up to the cooler. If you reused the OEM hoses (why would you) then technically no trimming at all would be required. You also need to remove the foam strip from the stoneguard as it sits directly under the cooler and fouls on it. All said, the PWR requires the least amount of modifications to fit. The only other one I would consider would be a process west stage 2.
