Hey all just brought a g6et and I’m new to turbos. What parts are in a stage 1 upgrade ? Can I buy it off the net and then get it tuned? Thanks in advance

WHS^

Also if you look on a few of the tuners websites from your area (you can find recommended tuners/workshops under your state on the forum) they'll usually list what parts are included in stage 1 kit.

Thanks I’m in Melbourne. I’d like a little more power and fuel economy if possible

wants more power and economy? Those two words never go in the same sentence.

I could have sworn that I would get better economy after a tune.

I most probably do have better economy, but my right foot is constantly smashing that go fast peddle.

Haha yeah...

The old saying goes like this:

Fast/Reliable/Cheap. Pick two and the remaining one is impossible.

You can get better economy from a power tune, though, but it won't be a cheap tune as it takes more time to take the economy into account.

Lol where's these cheap tunes that don't include running a touch leaner than usual?

If anyone wants economy, drive a honda :pandalol:
