Will probably need the billet rail with a -10 return to the surge and an fpr2000 reg.
Skids4kids in the mid....not the bum like some Member 609 Member For: 13y 4m 27d Gender: Male Posted 22/07/15 12:34 AM Posted 22/07/15 12:34 AM The Process West twin pump kit struggles to get base pressure to 58.5psi at idle....I know if a few that have the reg adjusted to the minimum but still see low 60s psi wise at idle.The best way to fix this is fit a -8 return to the main tank and modify the cradle to accept the -8 braided line so its a true -8 return all the way not bottlenecks.Rail wise you will get away using the stock one this way but going to the Plazmaman item is hard to ignore with its easy fitment/removal compared to some others.As mentioned consulting tuner is the fool proof way but also as mentioned they sometimes push what gets more mark up for them not what may actually suffice. 1
eff xr6t Member 569 Member For: 12y 11m 20d Posted 22/07/15 01:15 AM Posted 22/07/15 01:15 AM Fark paying for a billet fuel rail go buy two weld on -8 fittings cost $5 each chop the two ends of the rail off and get someone to tig the fittings on shouldn't take more then 10 mins to weld then you just saved yourself $400 on a pos billet rail that doesn't even fit anyway. Use the money saved to run full Teflon lines.
