Hi guys,

I was discussing fitting a Precision 6466 with my mechanic and he mentioned the 'new' GTW3884R. Apparently its the Garrett equivalent to the 6466 but a fair bit cheaper, my mechanic said he can get one for about $1500.

Has anyone used this turbo or have any results on it?

Andy

Yeh I've already had a gander but at very close to 3k with rear housing it's up there

But some people like to be the ones down different paths

They have different oil fittings to the gt/gtx also. According to their website

Negligible part of the cost though I suppose

As I said near 3k with rear housing

May have some results sooner than later if it's the goods or not ;)
