Currently own a FG xr6t. Plan to keep her for a while.

If the special edition FGX comes out with 310kw, I may consider getting me one of those.

(probably a CX9 at this stage

Luke, have you guys had a look at the Toyota klugger 7 seater? I am not a fan of the mazda cx7 and cx9.

Two people at work had them and they were always complaining about something or another.

The cx7 had issues at one stage with the gearbox and it was not fun for the chick as it dragged on for like 3 months before they did anything. It was clearly fubar, but yet the wanted to update the software first. Like WTF?

After it was fixed(gearbox replaced, she sold the car.

13 years of Falcons came to an end for me earlier this year when I bought a PX XLT Ranger. I love it! I do miss the XR6T, but my interests have shifted over the last few years and the Ranger is better suited to me now.

Fuel economy is incredible for such a large car. My at the pump usage over the last 13,223km is 9.51L/100km.

Filled up the other day and saw this on the DTE...

Still got the FG XR6 turbo, no interest in selling it, lose way too much money on it, and its fun..... But I brought a 2014 Grand Cherokee diesel and what a machine! Good daily and averages 8-9l per hundo and 7 on the freeway!

Owned my 2007 BFII since August 2008, now up over a quarter million kilometres and still a ball tearer. Not selling! I need an equally fun daily but can't afford a second car of that calibre...could only buy a sh!tter and I'd go crazy living 50 minutes from work and all...

Not my exact model but a good press shot of the machines in question that came up on my facebook feed today. Scccchwiiing!

As like a few others, I plan to hang on to the F6. This year it will be parked up and no longer used as my daily driver. Just a fun thing to have parked in the shed. Powerfull enough to keep most entertained, purposeful when you need it be. I enjoy taking really good care of it and I like how it still looks stock inside and out but has close to 1000nm at the treads.

I hope I still enjoy it the same in 20 years time.

I suspect the cars will need to be converted to run on ethanol based fuels or whatever replacement they come up with for petrol. That's my biggest worry really, no fuel. Or horrifically expensive fuel.
