Yeah but these days they aint just a mobile, they're a friggin pocket PC/Camera/Video recorder/media player and mobile device all wrapped up into a little 130gram case. it records in 4K! (2160P)

10 years ago the desktop pcs weren't even this powerful, I had a 2.1ghz 2gb ram gtx 230 and it was considered a friggin monster build lol.

Personally I think its friggin awesome and im so greatful to be alive in this era.

I think a lot of people aren't old enough to remember what it was like and how expensive it was to get a 36 roll of film developed. Then the frustration if some of those shots were blurry. Or the old school recording of home videos to VHS..

Definitely is alot easier to capture memories of kids and families these days.

When did you order yours Az? I preordered my Edge the night Telstra released pre-order plans.

It's released today, the misses got her S6 (not edge) at her work in Sydney this morning at 9AM.

Hoping my Edge is waiting at home but being a residential adress and ordering the more sought after model I somewhat doubt it.

Yeah I've had my S4 since launch and I swear it's had it's built-in self destruct code initated because the battery is hopeless now and it constantly tells me I have no sim.

Putting off installing the new Android update on it because I'm sure it's going to make all the older models coincidentally start playing up.

hahaha yeah mines the same, I bought an aftermarket battery off ebay and it fixed the battery life but my chargers play up all the time so it usually goes flat overnight even though ive put it on charge..

definitely had a good run with it though

The no sim thing I found out was the sim card not the phone.

Must be a different one, tried new sim, had the problem with my last Galaxy and they replaced the phone after testing.

Only happening once every now and again at the moment so should hold up untill the new one arrives.
