About to bolt this all up ,what is the best way to fit these copper washers that theyvdo not leak like the last ones I used think ralph said to heat them up with a heat gun (gas) also is that copper maxx ok to use for the turbo to manifold and the oil return line .lucky the fg oil return line will fit the ba sump.ps tgat wayer line I bought ( braded line) does not fit the best so I will not use it

Do you need to anneal brand new ones? Pretty sure that process is to soften an old one for reusing.

What about aluminium crush washer. Are they better?

 

Ok .but my new ones I used on the ba never sealed comleatly .was only a drip on the ground

Just use the copper ones, sand them flat and anneal them if your worried.

I used the copper ones and heated them up. Now I hage slight problem as the turbo never came back the same way I send it away .does that turbo oil extension usualy have a washer ? FG TURBO

 

I think they are just a tapered fitting with no washer

Will that be removed when I fit the new oil line with the filter (aftermarket erles ) the ba one does not fit bugger

Yea the earls line goes straight into the hole in the turbo with no extension

thinking of getting this one instead .only $15 more
