hey guys,

Thought id start a thread about computer problems as there are some computer techs on here how may be able to help out.....

ill start it off with a problem im having.

just bought a brand new HP laptop with windows 8. got it set up, thought it was pretty good, still working on nutting out windows 8 app system, but the real problem is this :

it shuts down randomly. it might me after a few hours, sometimes its as its booting up. no warning, just "black screen, turns off". it did it to me an hour ago when I first started trying to start this thread (was not happy, hoping it doesn't do it again). anyone else having problems with it? ive done a google and only come up with anti virus software causing an issue..... anyone shed some light on it?
