I'll collect the $20 from everyone who wants to pre-register so I can advise Kiwanis how many spots we will want in the show arena grass area. Also means they only have to send windows stickers to one person and I can then give them out to everyone when we meet up to cruise to Geelong or at BP just before the venue (like we have done previous years).

I'll collect some basic info from the guys parking in the show arena about their cars so I can make up a little paper display describing their ride It helps if someone is looking at your car that there is something that describes the mods.

Bring a deck chair and an umbrella if it's raining or if it's sunny
