Thanks all for another memorable Snowies cruise. Met some new faces and saw some old friends again. Some highlights: * seeing wild emus (live ones) on the side of the road) * seniors large print menus and loan magnifying glasses on the tables at the Oriental in Tumut * Dinner on Saturday night * THE ROADS!!! I had forgotten how good those roads are!!! 1458 km's of fun! Thanks Gary for everything you do organising this. It can't be easy and at times, it's definitely like herding cats...hahaha! Speaking of cats...I got summarily told off when I got home...

I'll bring my stash of AA batteries just in case. I washed my car on the weekend and it was lovely and clean until I went to mums yesterday and the 27 raindrops and the wind has resulted in a brown polka dot finish. CBF washing it again...

I appear to have misplaced my charger for my handheld radio...hoping it's not too late to request the loan of one please?

Getting a service done on my baby on Thursday so she's in tip top condition. I'm really looking forward to this trip!

Looking forward to this cruise so much more now - my dad will be riding with me in spirit after his sudden and unexpected passing on the 7th November. How many sleeps now??

Accommodation now booked also - all set to go! The lovely girl (Skye) at the Alpine Gables is really excited for us to arrive - loves the XR6 turbo's . She even said she might even set up a car wash for us out the front...hahahaha! I know Gaz would be appreciative!

I am not able to do the Omeo/Falls Creek leg as I start a new job on the 1st December so I will need to prepare for that. Still good for the rest of it though. 23 sleeps!!

Bit too far for me I'm afraid. Will mean a very long and lonely drive home late at night for me. Man, living in the west sucks sometimes!!! Have a great night boys and girls.
