Gotta hate it when an estimate doesn't quite reach a milestone though.. Could fudge it up to a half mil quote and risk not getting the job.. Or do you fudge it down to 450 and hope you've got a better chance at winning it..Haha tolerances in estimating are pretty varied.. Do you allow a certain margin for risk? Just to bolt on some extra fat if need be?
